Is there a refund or returns policy?

In short: a valid, delivered code cannot be refunded, but if a code is invalid, already redeemed, not delivered, duplicated, or does not match what you ordered within 14 days, we replace it or refund you. Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
